Refund policy

If your eSIM fails to activate and our support team can't resolve it, you're eligible for a full refund. See our full return policy for details.

Why use an eSIM in Colombia?

Buying a local SIM in Colombia requires a cédula (national ID) or passport scan and can take 30 minutes at a carrier store. A Becca Mobile eSIM is activated before you board the plane and works from the moment you land.

Device compatibility

eSIMs work with iPhone XS and newer, most Android phones from 2020 onwards, and many recent iPads and tablets. Check Settings under Mobile Data to confirm eSIM support on your device.
