Will this eSIM work in Asia 12 countries?
Yes. Our eSIM connects to major local networks in Asia 12 countries with 4G/LTE coverage in most cities and towns.
Can I keep using my regular phone number?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays active. Use the eSIM for data and your regular SIM for calls and SMS as usual.
How do I install the eSIM?
After purchase you receive an email with two options: tap the install link to add the eSIM to your iPhone or Android with a single touch, or scan the QR code in Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM. Either way it takes under 2 minutes.
When does my plan start?
Your plan activates the first time your device connects to a local network in Asia 12 countries. It does not start while you are still at home.
Can I share data as a hotspot?
Yes. All our plans support mobile hotspot so you can share your connection with other devices.
